3 Marlin Court is a two storey house with some views of the reef from balcony and main bedroom ..


Perfect for two families or three couples. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 w/c (one on each level) and is perfectly suited for three couples or two families.

Upstairs is a large main bedroom with queen bed, a spacious living/dining and kitchen area, bathroom and w/c. The balcony is accessible from main bedroom and living area.

Downstairs there's two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with three sets of bunks. The laundry and second w/c are adjacent.

The living area upstairs and both bedrooms downstairs are air conditioned.

Outside there's an expansive deck area with outdoor bench seating and gas BBQ on one side, and on the other, a fish cleaning station for the fishing enthusiast with outdoor shower facilities alongside.

Other than linen and consumables, everything else is supplied. Linen is available at an additional charge. If required please enquire at time of booking.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate your request.
Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is required.  Full payment plus a bond  is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.  Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
