Number 3 Marlin court is a two storey house with some views of the reef from the upstairs balcony.

AIR CONDITIONED AND CONNECTED TO FRESH SCHEME WATER

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, It  is ideal for two families with 10 being the maximum number of occupants.
Upstairs is a large main bedroom with queen bed, a spacious living / dining / kitchen area, a bathroom and toilet.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 3 bunk beds. The laundry and second toilet are adjacent.
The upstairs area is equipped with split system air-conditioning, the other rooms have fans.
Other than linen and consumables, everything is supplied in the house.



 

Please check the calendar for your preferred holiday time, but to ensure up to date booking availability, please telephone Lena Burrows of Milestone Properties.
Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate your request.
Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is required.  Full payment plus a bond  is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.  Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.
