The accommodation is cottage style and is perfect for two small families, one large family, or two to three couples and also ideally suited for the fishing enthusiast.

It’s air conditioned and connected to fresh cold town water supply.

The house sleeps a maximum of 7 people in three bedrooms.  One has a double bed, the second room has two singles, and the third has a bunk bed and a single.   There is a central living area with dining and kitchen, with the bathroom and laundry heading off this central area.  A second shower is found outside the pergola.

In the kitchen area there’s a gas stove, microwave, two door refrigerator and 200-litre deep freeze.   The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils and the laundry has a washing machine.  

The central family / dining / kitchen area in the house is air conditioned.  All rooms have ceiling fans, except the room with bunks which has a pedestal fan instead.   

A large, enclosed and lockable rear pergola extends the living areas to the outside.  This is a lovely retreat on winter days, or a great eating area on hot summer nights.  A large BBQ is found in the pergola area encouraging outdoor eating and lifestyle.  

For the fisherman there is a proven and well tested fish filleting table with water troughs and fresh cold town water.  

The beach house is fully self-contained.  Other than linen and consumables – everything else is supplied.  

Credit card facilities are available for your convenience.

 

Please check the calendar for your preferred holiday time – we do advise however that because of bookings coming from other sources the calendar may not always be up to date.  You can get the latest information on availability by telephoning Lena on 0412 945 908 – but check the availability calendar first.  

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday, however should you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking, a deposit of 50% of   rent is required. The balance of rent is payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of your stay and a bond of $500 is due 3 weeks later.
