The house has 3 bedrooms and
will sleep up to 5 adults or alternatively, 4 adults and up to 4 children. One
room has 2 single beds that can be placed together
and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom
and toilet. One has a queen sized bed, the other room sleeps 4 children
in bunk beds ( 2 pairs of 2 bunks). A large family room and kitchen occupy
the centre of the house. This is a non-smoking house.

The house has slate flooring throughout -
easy to cleanup if necessary. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, microwave,
200 litre freezer, two door refrigerator and a washing machine. There is
unlimited artesian water which is hot. A water cooling system allows cooler
water for showers and washing. A fresh water tank - just visible in the
photo on the left of the picture beside the house - supplies drinking water
- from a tap in the laundry. All rooms have ceiling fans - except the room
with the bunks which has a pedestal fan instead.
TV and a DVD player together with a stereo
are in the main sitting area. The satellite antenna ensures good
A gas barbecue and outdoor setting for 6
adults is on the patio area in front of the house.
Other than linen and consumables - everything
else is supplied.
We only make time available 11 months in advance on the
calendar. Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with
tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker at Coral bay will check the property prior to occupation
and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
