The house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and is ideal in design
for 2 families. Known as the "pole" house, the house is single level internally,
with steps up to the side to access the accommodation.
The main bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has double bed, the third has two sets of bunk beds and the fourth room off the verandah
has two single beds and an ensuite.
The hub of the home comprises large kitchen / dining / living
area is air conditioned and has access to verandas east and west. The kitchen is
fully equipped with large 2 door refrigerator, microwave and gas stove plus
separate large chest freezer and an additional 2 door refreshments freezer on
Other than linen and consumables, everything is supplied in the house.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should
you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to
accommodate your request.
Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can
accept your booking a deposit of 50% of the rent is required. Full payment
plus a bond is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.
