10 Marlin Court is a single level 4 bedroom. 2 bathroom house ideally suited to two families. It has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 minor bedrooms with 2 bunk beds in one and 2 single beds in the other, sleeping 8 - 10 in total. The house has a large kitchen, dining area and lounge room with pool table, TV and radio/CD. It is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, a 214 Ltr chest freezer, microwave, gas stove, washing machine and ceiling fans throughout. An all weather patio with BBQ and seating for 10 suits alfresco dining. With cool shady verandas on three sides of the house there is always somewhere to sit and enjoy a drink at the end of a hard day on the Ningaloo reef!
Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker will check the property prior to occupation and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
