10 Marlin Court is a spacious, single level 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house ideally suited to two families.

It has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 minor bedrooms with 2 bunk beds in one and 2 single beds in the other, sleeping 8 – 10 in comfort.

The house has 2 newly renovated bathrooms and a large modern kitchen and dining area. In the lounge room you can enjoy using the Pool Table, TV, Bluray player and CD/IPod/MP3 compatible stereo.

The house is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators and a 214lt chest freezer, microwave, gas hotplates, gas oven, washing machine and ceiling fans throughout. All you need to bring with you is your own linen, food and drinks

An all weather patio with BBQ and seating for 10 suits alfresco dining. There is also a large “drinks fridge” out here for your convenience. With cool shady verandas on 3 sides of the house, there is always somewhere to sit and enjoy a drink at the end of a hard day on the Ningaloo reef. At no.10 there is extensive off street parking for up to 4 cars and 2 trailers.

Bookings are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday, with tenants vacating the property by 9 am. The caretaker will check the property prior to occupation and is on hand to help with any problems that may arise. Once we have confirmed the house is available, we can accept your booking upon payment of a $500 deposit. This deposit will become your bond. Full payment of the rent is required to be paid 30 days prior to the commencement of your stay
